How do I get batch shipping?
Batch shipping is turned on by Lazr. If Batch isn’t in your menu, contact us and we’ll activate it for your account.
What file do I need?
A CSV file with one row per shipment. You can download the template from the Create batch panel.
Can I mix parcels and LTL pallets in one batch?
Yes. Pick Parcel and LTL as transport types when you create the batch.
What happens if some rows have errors?
Nothing is created until the file is clean. Download the error file, fix the rows it flags and attach the fixed file.
How are carriers chosen?
Every carrier available to you quotes each shipment. You can open any shipment’s quote to compare them all before you book.
What documents do I get?
All your labels in one PDF and all your bills of lading in another PDF.
Can I print labels on a thermal printer?
Yes. Your labels also come as a ZPL file, ready for thermal label printers.
What can I ship in a batch?
Parcels and LTL pallets, plus envelopes, paks, express boxes and tubes. Choose the transport types when you create the batch.
